MARS is where great food, bold flavors, exceptional coffee, art, and music come together under one roof. Inspired by the Red Planet and the Roman God of War, MARS is built on strength, courage, passion, and a fearless spirit.

Half Thai, Half Italian is our take on a delicious cultural collision — two culinary worlds brought together with our own twist, and serious rotisserie chicken at its heart. Coffee comes as art, too. Ask for our Printed Latte Art, made fresh to order. Come for the Breakfast of Champions and MARS' Iconic Breakfast, stay for the Red Dust Devil Margarita. By night, MARS transforms. Cocktails flow, the golden wall glows, and art is everywhere. We also collaborate with the Paint and Cheers team to host an art activity once a month, bringing people together to create, connect, and celebrate creativity. One place. Fuel the body. MARS hangs original work by Samui artists — including the textured Mars disc, finished in gold leaf, that presides over the dining room. Pieces rotate, and most are for sale.

Watch for Paint & Cheers afternoons with artist Khun Yard: fifteen easels, cocktails, and everything you need to leave with your own canvas.
